Auto-apply to jobs, on your terms

HiroHunt’s agent finds open roles that match your resume, scores each one and sends your application — tailored to the job if you switch that on — automatically above the match score you choose, or only after you say yes.

  • You choose how much it does on its own
  • Optional tailoring for each job
  • Pause any time, with one click

How it works

Upload your resume

HiroHunt reads it and builds your profile. Fix anything it got wrong — your edits always win.

Say what to hunt for

Roles, countries or remote regions, pay and dealbreakers — and how much freedom the agent gets.

The agent matches new jobs

Each new role is checked against your resume and labelled apply, review or skip, with the reasons.

It applies, you decide the rest

Strong matches go out with your resume — tailored, with a letter, if you like; the rest wait in Decide for a quick yes or no.

What you get

Three levels of control

“Ask me first” sends nothing without you. “Smart” applies above your match score and asks about the rest. “Full auto” is hands-off.

Match reasons, not just a score

See which of your skills line up with the job and what’s missing before anything is sent.

Agent memory

Answer common form questions once — notice period, visa, salary — and the agent reuses them. Anything new it can’t answer comes to you.

Your own inbox

Applications use your HiroHunt address, so replies and verification codes land in one place: Signals.

A pipeline you can see

Every application, from queued to applied, interview and offer, on one board.

Fair pacing

Applications are spread across days and never sent twice to the same job.

What it never does

  • Invents titles, degrees, employers or experience.
  • Sends anything while you’ve paused the agent.
  • Sends an application you haven’t approved in “Ask me first” mode.

Questions

Does it really submit applications for me?

Yes. Once your hunt is set up, the agent picks your resume — or tailors one and writes a cover letter, if you switch that on — fills in the application form and submits it. Each one shows up in your Pipeline.

What does it cost?

One credit per application (3 with tailoring on), from one balance. Your first 5 applications are free. Agent plans add credits every month — from $9 a week (billed $39 monthly).

Which sites does it apply on?

Company career pages and the hiring systems behind them, such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters. It never signs in as you: when a site needs your own account or login, the application comes to you with a direct link.

Can I stop it?

Any time. Pause the agent with one click and nothing more is sent until you continue.

Let the agent do the applying.

Upload your resume once. HiroHunt finds roles that fit and applies, tailored to each job if you like — you decide how much it does on its own.
